Q: Is there any System requirements?

Ans: Check your Laptop / PC to be above these Minimum system requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premimum Service Pack 1 or above, Windows 8, 8.1, Windows 10. (NOT Compitable With: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Basic, Windows 7 N Edition, Windows 7 KN Edition.)
• Processor: Core 2 Duo 1.5 GHz and above, Celeron Dual Core 1.5 GHZ and above, Intel Atom Quad Core 1.5 GHZ and above.
• Ram: 1.5 GB free memory.

Q: How many times can I view the lecture?

Ans: View counts = Twice the duration (Eg. If 1 lecture is of 60 minutes, then you will get 60*2 = 120 minutes). If you open the video and watch it for 15 minutes only then remaining time will be = 120 – 15 = 105 minutes. So time will also keep reducing and you can watch the lectures until the time is reduced to 0 minutes.

Q. How to view videos after making the payment?

Ans: Google drive link will be sent to you within 2 hours of making payment. This link will be in 2 parts:

1. Lectures & Software link
2. PDF Books

Q: Can I play video on my smartphone?

Ans: Google drive link will work only on 1 Laptop / PC. If you want lectures to be played on smartphone, then you can download “Shrey Rathi Classes” from playstore.

Q: How will I get my amendments, updates and last minute revision?

Ans: They will be uploaded on this website and our youtube channel – Shrey Rathi classes.

Q. Modes of payment?

Ans: Debit card / Credit card / Netbanking  – You will be allowed access to online videos as soon as the payment is made. When payment  is made through direct transfer into the bank or through Paytm – you will have to send us the screenshot on our email id – shreyrathiclasses@gmail.com or whatsapp on 9654367888.

Q. Can we download / record the videos?

Ans: No, we expect our students not to record the lectures through their phone or any other electronic device or any software. Any misutilisation will lead to cancellation of their course with immediate effect. No refunds at any cost shall be provided in this case.
